1. West End Fire Hall
Chief Carl Nempstad of the New West fire department will provide a status report on proposed renovation to the West End fire hall.

2. My Neighbourhood, My City
Rob McCullough from the New Westminster Museum and Archives will dicuss the current project My Neighbourhood, My City that the museum is working on. Stories, memories and mementoes of living history is being sought.

3. Bylaw/Rules Review
Proposed amendments to WERA bylaws and meeting rules will be presented for review by the membership (residents) These will be voted upon at the September Annual General Meeting.

4. Ban on Cosmetic Pesticides
Discussion of the upcoming Canadian Cancer Society seminar on the use of cosmetic pesticides. Briefing from WERA executive member Gavin McLeod. Meeting may include debate about WERA taking a position, to be forwarded to the city, about a possible pesticide ban on residential properties.

5. Board of Variance
Proposed new Board of Variance. Briefing from Elmer Rudolph (WERA president) to be followed by discussion of WERA thoughts/concerns.

6. Development Cost Charges (DCCs)
Briefing from Elmer Rudolph (WERA president) about what the city is working on, and how the DCCs are to be used.

7. West End Street Signs
Update on the final design for the street sign toppers to identify (brand) the West End neighbourhood.
